Default Unit Markings on WW1 Luger Holster

I have a Luger Holster that was made in 1911, I am unable to read the Mfg. the stamping is to light. On the inside of the flap, it is marked in bold black ink letters, 25R 1912 . Any information on the
    unit. Please.
