Avatar: 9110 C. "GL" presentation carbine having the cipher of King Albert of Belgium, connected by marriage to the German Royal Family (thanks Pete). Then obtained by Max Egon I, Fürst von Fürstenberg, close friend of Kaiser Wilhelm II. The pistol passed through the Fürstenberg family until after WWII, given to Andre Noël, Governor of Konstanz, after he saved Max Egon II from being hanged in 1946. The pistol has remained in the Noël family until sold in London in 2012.

    Here is an authentic marking.
And the heel of the handle must be numbered.

The Carol Watson inscription is fake and the pistol has no inventory number on the front grip strap.

You would think that they would at least put a fake inscription at the right place on the barrel.
My avatar is the Bulgarian word for "Fire", as seen on my 1908 Bulgarian Contract DWM Luger.

Seeking a 1908 Bulgarian contract Luger magazine (early DWM P.08) with a C suffix. See the example at http://luger.gunboards.com/attachmen...3&d=1414271032 (on the right).

Also looking for a DWM commercial takedown lever, serial #01.
