    Default 1920 Commercial

    My recent purchase. I believe it is a 1920 Commercial Luger. 30cal., 3 7/8 barrel, Marked Germany and no chamber marking. Serial no. 4390 m.DSCF1870 (Large).jpgDSCF1876 (Large).jpgDSCF1877 (Large).jpgDSCF1886 (Large).jpgDSCF1894 (Large).jpg

Looks like a decent 30 caliber for shooting or lugering

The 1920 commercial, Jan Still renamed them to Alphabet Lugers, since these were not made in 1920, but after that time period. An 'm' suffix would be in the early 20's in my opinion

From the pictures. What would you rate this luger at? Condition wise. Just curious. Thanks Eddie O

Nice, I have one that came off the line about 3,000 later in the "m" block. Dates to about 1923.

In a 6" barrel, it is even a lot more fun...
