What do you guys make of this one? Apart from the "GERMANY" marked barrel the side-plate looks like it's been renumbered and the frame, above the right grip, looks like it's dented.

Sorry I missed your previous post. Agreed, the right side dent must have been so severe it also splintered the grip(s), so I would think the grip or grips are replaced as well.
The "3" of the "63" is some sort of over-stamp and they used a flat-top "3" when the other "3" numbers on the gun are round-tops.
