CAUTION: I know little about Lugers. The following is true to the best of my knowledge, based on some research.

Model 29/70, introduced by Mauser in 1970. Modeled after the 1929 Swiss Luger. This pistol was built in late 1971 or early 1972, which makes it an early production model. It was imported by Interarms and the caliber is 9mm. It has a grip safety and a straight front grip strap. Serial number 11.0069xx

I estimate that this is a 95%+ gun. It’s been fired little. The grips are like new. The only noticeable wear is where the safety detent rubs the receiver. And there are a few dings on the bottom of the trigger guard as the pictures indicate. $800 shipped to your FFL.
