    So it’s actually a G date, comes with just the one matching mag, and the right side of it has a little flaking but it’s not bad. (Not bad compared to what my 1917 looked like, anyhow)
    Closer inspection shows the mag has the same three numbers as the gun, but a different suffix. And the takedown lever is mismatched. It’s almost down to raw metal, with a little straw remaining. Everything else numbered is matching. And I believe this is chromed as well, rather than nickel. The photos I took make it look like it has more of a yellow tint to it but in person it's much more of a blue-ish chrome look.
