    Can someone identify this unit marking please?

So was Kommandantur like a military headquarters for Lotzen specifically or was it a command located in Lotzen for group of towns? Also, is the 10 an indicator of the number of the gun in the Kommandantur?

    I believe that it would have been a command for the Loetzen district. The number "10" is the weapon inventory number.
