Hello Cracker, your Astra is 7.65mm / .32 cal. It was delivered to the Germans in France on July 21, 1944 as part of a 1,990 gun shipment. The 7.65 Astras are not as common as the 9mm kurtz guns as they only procured 22,390. While the 9mm Astras are waffenamtd. NONE of the German Astras in 7.65 were waffenamtd and the German contract ones can only be identified by the serial number. Congrats on finding a scarce item.

Florida, the best place, which is concise, is the table of Astra's on Page 114 of Jan Still's Axis Pistols. it shows the German Procurement's of all the Astra models. Some like the Astra 900, the Astra 300 in 7.65 and the Astra 200 in 6.35 were never waffenamtd and can only be determined by serial number and are shown on that table. However, probably the most in-depth study of Astra's is Antaris's Astra Automatic Pistols which would include the entire production of Astras, including procurement by serial number of the Condor legion, The Spanish Nationalists etc. so it depends on what you are specifically looking for.
